Light hand weights (1–2kg suggested)
Optional ankle weights for an extra burn
We begin with a grounding activation + mobility warm-up, move into a powerful full-body sculpt series to strengthen and tone from head to toe, and finish with calming cool-down stretches to reset your body and mind.
