This class is a lovely 20 minute full body practice to feel open and strong from within.
We begin in supine with a figure of 4 series to feel a gentle hip opening, spinal rotations, pelvic curls, curl ups. So in a gentle way you will definitely feel the glutes and abdominals. We then go into some yummy roll ups with bent knees (I actually find that version trickier sometimes) but it helps to keep fluid breathing throughout. We then take it to the all 4s to work more into the legs but combined with more mobility work for the spine. We finish with a flowing plank and a seated saw. Two of my faves!
