This 8 minute, gentle, restorative yoga flow is the perfect way to wind yourself down at the end of the day, all gentle floor poses with upper and lower body mobility, while focusing on your breathing. Or it makes a great warm-up for a lengthier yoga flow or workout! So whether this is the start of your workout, or your ore-bed routine, this is definitely one to save for your everyday mobility!

Welcome to your free weekly yoga flow, today's yoga flow is just 8.5 minutes and is a great calming mobility flow, focusing on calming warm up/cool down movements for both the upper and lower body, and completely floor based (no standing required!) 🖤

Modify this flow as required by changing any moves, and some options are offered if something isn't suitable for you- if you need further options please let me know in the comments below.

Things to remember:
• This is your practice, only do what is comfortable for you and take whatever modifications you need 🥰

• All you need is your yoga mat and yourself (and any blocks or straps you might use to assist if required)

You can play the video faster or slower if you need, and if you like to practice with music, pop on your favourite tracks in the background! I don't include music because many people prefer to practice without, so this way you can choose your preference 🙏🏻
