This flexibility routine is for everyone. Exercises are simple, yet just as useful for an athlete as it is for a person who never stretched in their life before.
This routine is short, only 10 minutes, so you can easily follow me along without taking too much time out of your day. To see the best flexibility improvements, repeat this flexibility routine daily. If you find it hard to dedicate the time to stretch, I suggest either to wake up a few minutes earlier and start your day with this stretching routine, or do it before sleep as your pre-night routine (which can also help you to calm down, relax and prime yourself for sleep).
