Hi Beautiful Friends.

Today’s practice is a Full Body Somatic Pilates Yoga Flow for cortisol belly, nervous system regulation, and deep core connection — designed to help you build strength while releasing stress patterns stored in the body.

If you live with chronic stress, you may notice tension collecting in the belly, hips, jaw, shoulders, and low back. This is not a failure of willpower — it is often your nervous system trying to protect you. In this practice, we use somatic Pilates, somatic yoga, breath awareness, and slow mindful movement to help re-educate the brain and reset habitual tension patterns in the muscles and fascia — especially around the core and diaphragm.

This is a practice of ease and effort. Strength and surrender.

We begin by helping the body feel safe through grounding, vagus nerve supportive breathing, and gentle somatic release work. From that place of safety, we gradually build deep core strength, pelvic floor and transverse abdominis awareness, and full body integration — without aggressive bracing or survival-based gripping.
