Somatic Yin Yoga for Emotional Release & Trauma | Fascia Release | 30 Minutes

Description

Hi Beautiful Friends 🤍

This somatic yin yoga practice supports emotional release by gently working with fascia, the nervous system, and stored tension in the body. Through long-held yin poses and subtle somatic movements, we create safety so release can happen naturally.

This 30-minute somatic yin yoga class is designed to help regulate the nervous system, soften stress patterns, and support vagus nerve tone while working with fascia as a living, responsive tissue.

In this practice, we work slowly and intentionally to support emotional regulation, fascia hydration, and parasympathetic nervous system response—without forcing or pushing the body.

This practice is for you if you’re feeling emotionally heavy, overwhelmed, disconnected, or holding stress in your hips, spine, or nervous system. This is a gentle, non-forceful practice. You are always invited to skip, modify, or rest.

In this somatic yin yoga practice, I guide you through a slow, supportive journey to explore emotional release and long-held tension in the body, using trauma-aware, compassionate movement.

Whether you’re new to yin yoga, returning to your mat, or finding this practice here on yin yoga YouTube, this somatic yin yoga practice offers a compassionate space to soften, unwind, and reconnect.

Namaste,
Rebekah 💛 SHINE YOUR LIGHT!
