The Cure to your weak ankles is a simple yet largely overlooked method of training.
Your foot and ankle are one of the most important body parts when it comes to transferring force into the ground.
Why does that matter? Well, if you want to jump higher, sprint faster, and bulletproof your ankles to keep them injury-free, then you should implement this style of training 1x/week for the next 4-6 weeks.
When I was trying to strengthen my ankles, because they were weak and I rolled them constantly, I started barefoot running. I started with a slow jog on the grass for as long as I could before my feet and calves were blown up.
My ankles got stronger, I stopped rolling them so often, and my speed and bounce increased. I eventually was able to progress to what you see in this video today.
This is one of the most advanced forms for curing weak ankles, so work up to this.
