This is a 15 min no crunch Pilates inspired ab workout. No Equipment is required. We'll be working in 3 positions- lying on our backs, on our forearms, and propped up on forearms. No crunch routines work on isometric stabilization, and you will likely feel your hip flexors (top of your legs) working throughout this routine. I hope you enjoy this workout!
