Powered by strength coach and trainer Nicolette Amarillas, this 30-minute workout is programmed to build and maintain upper-body strength. Start off with a full-body warmup, followed by three challenging training blocks. The first two blocks focus on arms, with moves like chest presses, rows, lat pull-downs and many more exercises that will target your biceps, triceps, and shoulders! Finish off the workout with a block that will burn out your core.
