Join me for a 15 minute 2-in-1 workout to sculpt and strengthen ARMS and ABS. I am using 2.5kg/5.5lbs dumbbell for this workout, you can use what ever you feel comfortable with. intervals will be 40 seconds on and 10 seconds rest.
