This is a 20-minute full-body Pilates flow, all on the mat and using dumbbells to take your burn to the next level. No standing work — just slow, controlled movement that will fire up your core, glutes, arms and legs while helping you connect deeply to your breath and form.

It’s a beautiful balance of strength + flow, designed for intermediate to advanced levels, but you can always drop the weights if you need. Take it at your pace, stay with your body, and let it feel good.
