15 MIN ABS & CORE PILATES WITH WEIGHTS | Pilates x Strength workout for a strong core and toned abs

Hi guys!
Welcome to your SURPRISE sixth workout in our Feb Pilates x Strength series! I absolutely LOVED filming these workouts so I couldn't help but film a little ab workout for you all! Grab yourself a light pair of dumbbells because we're combining pilates inspired exercises with strength training today for the ultimate ab burner!
In today's workout we start off with a plank series that will work on strengthening your core muscles and toning the obliques, therefore toning up the waistline. We then move into a lying series to work the obliques, lower abs and upper abs for a total core burn, moving into some c-curves to strengthen the deep core muscles, then finishing with another lying series where we work on deep core muscles a little more, with a super challenging exercise to finish that will sculpt the abs and strengthen the core!
