In today's workout we start off with some intense arms and abs work that will get your abs burning and build strength in your arms and back. We then move on to just target the abs with some challenging crunch moves. We have a side lying series that will help to work the obliques, toning up the waistline whilst also rounding the hips and glutes with various lifts and extensions. We target deep core muscles whilst sculpting the abs with a roll up series, and then to finish we have a full body burn that will work your glutes, core, arms and back!
