20 MIN UPPER BODY & CORE | Pilates x Strength workout | tone and strengthen arms, back and abs

Description

Welcome to the fourth workout in out Feb pilates x strength series! Today we will be using a light set of dumbbells because we're combining pilates inspired exercises with strength training to get those arms and abs fired up!

In today's workout we start off with a lying series where we work on sculpting the abs whilst also strengthening the chest and shoulders. We then move into a SUPER challenging plank combo series (I'm sorry) which works the deep core, shoulders, obliques and abs therefore strengthening and toning up the waistline. We have a fun (in my opinion) kneeling series where we take some combos that work on strengthening the obliques and shoulders for lean arms and toned abs. We finish standing with some combos that will work on strengthening your back muscles and working the triceps for a strong upper body!
