Description
Todays workout is pretty intense so make sure you're warmed up before starting (I have a quick warmup routine on my channel). In today's workout we train full body, so we have some side lying work to target the other thighs and glutes with various presses to strengthen the back muscles. We have an ab series where we work on sculpting the abs, and strengthening the core, and we have a squat series with some frontal raises where we work on toning up the whole body - lifting the glutes, strengthening the legs and leaning out the arms!
