In today's video I am bringing a High Intensity Interval Training that you can do at home or wherever you like.
You won't need any equipments or weights for this workout!!
This 15 Min Bodyweight HIIT will target the muscles of your entire body and it will give you a QUICK SWEAT!
The video is in full length which means you can just follow along what I’m doing.
There are 20sec rest in between each exercise and never forget that if you need to pause longer - feel free to adjust time periods according to your fitness level!
I recommend switching up your workouts so you don't get bored and keep challenging your body.
