Are you short in time and want to get a quick sweat in?

This bodyweight workout is only 10 minutes long. BUT IT'S INTENSE!
We're looking here at a real HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING with some of the most intense exercises there is!
In this workout, we're going to do 30 seconds of a specific exercise, followed by 15 seconds of rest, before we on with the next one.
