In today's follow along video I am showing you to how do a leg workout with bodyweight only exercises.

The only thing you need for this workout is a bench or a chair so even without a gym, there's still no excuse to skip leg day, ok?! haha

If you need more breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling!

The video is in full length which means you can just follow along 30s for each exercise and 15s rest.

So make sure to concentrate and make the most out of it!

  • 15 Sec Break

  • 30 Sec Lunge Up With Kick (Other Side)

  • 15 Sec Break

  • 30 Sec Squat Walk / Bench Squat Jumps Combo

  • 15 Sec Break

  • 30 Sec Single Leg Lunge

  • 15 Sec Break

  • 30 Sec Single Leg Lunge (Oher Side)

  • 15 Sec Break

  • 30 Sec Bench Squat JUmps

  • 15 Sec Break
