Exactly what we need to build an athletic physique!
This routine is bodyweight-based, meaning you don't need any equipment.
You can do it at home, at the beach, in a hotel room or on the soccer field (my case).
Keep in mind that the exercises are not designed for beginners.
So if you're new to training, then you might have to start with another, less intense workout.
