15 MIN FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT | at home strength training to build muscle and tone your body

Hi guys!
Get ready to feel the burn today with this toning, strengthening at home dumbbell workout!
Today we have a quick 15 minute low impact strength training workout using two sets of dumbbells - one light pair and one heavy pair!
Choose weights that suit you , mine are:
LIGHT - 2.5KG each
HEAVY - 5KG each
In today's workout we'll target the whole body, we have squats and lunges to tone up the legs, we have deadlift variations to lift and round the glutes, we have rows and presses to build lean muscle in the arms, and tone the back (a toned back = slimmer looking waist!), and we finish off with some ab exercises to build muscle and reduce fat in the midsection whilst also strengthening your core!
