Today be will work on build strength and toning the body with this 15 minute full body low impact kettlebell workout designed to be effective while staying joint-friendly. This session uses controlled kettlebell movements to target your entire body without jumping, making it perfect for low-impact training at home. We have press moves to work on creating a lean upper body, we have rows for a strong back, we have squats and lunge variations to tone up the legs and build the glutes, and we finish with some abdominal work to sculpt the abs and strengthen the deep core.
