Welcome to your gentle Morning Pilates Flow. In just 15 minutes, you’ll wake up your body, ease into movement, and set the tone for the day ahead.
During this at-home Pilates class we’ll ease into movement in a way that awakens your whole body without pushing or rushing. You’ll move with gentle stretches, slow strengthening, and breath-guided transitions that help release tension and create a sense of grounded energy for the day ahead.
It’s a short Pilates mat class designed to help you feel more at home in your body first thing in the morning. No equipment needed.
