Hey Team Everydaywarrior - 20 min chest shoulders dumbbells workout - let's go!
Neither Men nor us women should skip the Chest as a Muscle group to train (and those who are following my workouts, do so, because we alwayas include the chest with all the push-ups etc.).
And some of you wished for a Chest Focused Workout on top. So there you go.
To be OVERALL fit, we need to train the entore body. So, ladies: don't be afraid of training with weights or focusing also our chest. You won't look bulky from it. You only will gain STRENGTH - mentally and physically.
As always, focus on yourself - make every single workout your own challenge.
There are always ways to modify, such as slowing down, resting more, no jumping switching or dropping your weights for example.
Equipment:
2x Dumbbells - mine are 2x 9 and 2x 6 kg each for your reference (I recommend Hexagon Dumbbells)
a mat is recommended
