It's time for dripping with sweat again ladies and gentlemen.
This workout is a 4o MIN super sweaty session. We will be working for two rounds. And there will also be another special surprise at the end to finish up even stronger.

Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if needed. 🙏🏼

*lower body workout with weights [I am using 8 kg each DB]
00:15 - 04:20 Warm up
04:25 - 35:05 Workout (circuit style: 45 sec ON FIRE 🔥, 15 sec rest)
35:09 - 39:14 Finisher
39:16 - 44:27 Cool down
Equipment: a pair of Dumbbells (I am using 2x 8 kg - only for your reference )
You can also use waterbottles, weight plates, kettlebells, backpack with some heavy stuff in it, etc.
a mat is also recommended
