30 MIN UPPER BODY STRENGTH - Toned Arms, Abs & Core, Circuit, Sweaty - (#HYBRIDCHALLENGE DAY 4)
Description
This workout is a 30 MIN super sweaty, no repeat session. Here's a little advise for you: I am using 6 kg each dumbbell. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely. You should be able to do lateral raises with your weights for at least 30-45 sec (this exercise is a good guide value).
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if needed. 🙏🏼

*upper body workout with weights
00:17 - 03:27 warm up
03:30 - 33:31 workout (circuit style: 45 sec ON FIRE 🔥, 15 sec rest)
33:34 - 38:50 cool down
Equipment: a pair of Dumbbells (I am using 2x 6 kg - only for your reference)
You can also use waterbottles, weight plates, kettlebells, etc.
a mat is also recommended
