Description

here we go with another Dumbbell workout. This one is created for building strength and muscle, which is a solid base for getting in shape.

It includes 12 different supersets. Every superset is splitted into a lower body strength exercise, followed by a core exercise. We are going for two sets.

Choose your weight wisely - the perfect amount of reps in 30 seconds we are working are between 8-15 reps (hypertrophie). ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

I am using 12,5 kg (for your reference - as you can see, I was struggling quite enough). ๐Ÿš€

w o r k o u t - d e t a i l s:
*warm up first
*dumbbell workout, focus lower body (legs & glutes) and core
*duration: around 40 MIN
*plus cool down stretches

equipment:
*2x dumbbells recommend for this workout
*mat, towel as you can see for all the sweat, sth. to drink

P.S.: in case you are wondering what kind of liquid I am putting on my hands: it is liquid chalk (because I am constantly ๐Ÿ˜… sweating everywhere, also on my hands - preventing that my hands are sliding off the DB)
