Description
This workout includes different exercises with focus on our upper body. But we surely use a whole lot of core strength and also some leg work at different exercises.
After every 10th exercise we have some more seconds of rest.
Choose your weight wisely - the perfect amount of reps in 45seconds we are working are between 10-16 reps (per side - hypertrophie). 💪🏼
I am using 8 kg (for your reference - as you can see, I was struggling quite enough). 🚀
