Description
This workout is a 40 MIN super sweaty sesh. We will be working in Supersets.
I am using 8 kg each dumbbell. Please make sure to choose your weight wisely.
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. Also make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to rest some more if needed. 🙏🏼

*upper body workout with weights
00:17 - 03:21 warm up
03:24 - 37:40 workout (superset circuit style: 45 sec ON FIRE 🔥, 15 sec rest)
37:44 - 43:00 cool down
Equipment: a pair of Dumbbells (I am using 2x 8 kg - only for your reference)
You can also use waterbottles, weight plates, kettlebells, etc.
