20 Minute Mat Pilates WundaCore Workout Standing Balance and Core ││Pilates by JessPFit

Props: Mat, WundaCore ‪@wundacore‬ Light Dumbbell (optional)
Focus: Core, Glutes and Hips
Duration: 20 mins

Join me for a 20 minute standing balance workout using your WundaCore! This one will have you trembling as we call on control and stability from the core, while also asking for some intense glute and hip strength. The WundaCore will help us connect even deeper keeping our upper body working and activated throughout the flow. A light dumbbell is an optional prop to add if you would like to make things a tad bit spicier! Watch out for imbalances from one side to the other. Any imbalances are completely normal, but good to take note of them so we know where we need to zero in and work a little harder. This entire workout is standing, but remember, it’s over in 20 minutes. Squats and hinges here we come!
