Duration: 30 mins
This 30-minute class with your @wundacore focus on hip health! We will play around with orientation of the pelvis, taking our hips into internal and external rotation. We will get into our proximal hamstrings working on releasing our piriformis, which is a part of the deep hip rotators and when grippy or tight can be rather painful. So you can expect a lot of glute and hamstring work! The WundaCore will spend a lot of time around our forearms asking for some intense endurance strength through the upper body & back. Class will be mostly on our feet, until our last sequence which will take us to the floor for an intense roll-down sequence. Get ready for those shakes!
