Set-Up at the START of class:

  • 1 Light Spring ON

  • Handle Bars ON & UP

  • Yoga Block FLOOR

  • Resistance Loop READY

Chair classes can be brutal, and this just might be one of those classes! In this 45-minute flow we will get things moving with some strong core stability and control on the floor using the resistance loop, yoga block and pedal. Then, be prepared for some lower body strength as we work single-leg squats, single-leg step-ups and mountain climbers on the chair. We’ll break things up in the middle with an upstretch working that strong core before we move onto the other side. Be ready to wrap things up with a special teaser that will challenge your core recruitment and strength like never before! Let’s do it!!
