Mat Pilates 45 Minute WundaCore Workout - Core Driver by JessPFit

We are going to have fun with multiple props as we hit the full body in this class! The WundaCore will be your main prop and will be used in every sequence during this flow. You will also need one light dumbbell and one slider. Each prop will be recruited with a different purpose requiring us to focus our intention and keep our movement SLOW and controlled. Let’s light up that mind & body connection as we feel activation, recruitment and execution all while testing our range of motion! Listening to the cues will help you dig a little deeper and maximize the work.
