25 Minute Barre/Pilates Workout
Props: Mat, Pilates Ball (8-10” diameter slightly deflated)
Focus: Back, Shoulders, Biceps & Triceps
Difficulty Rating: 2

Join me for a quick fine tuning session to sculpt that upper body! Summer arms here we come! This workout will focus on your upper body as we sculpt and fine tuning your back, shoulders, biceps & triceps without heavy weight. You will need your Pilates Ball which will serve more as a distraction in this workout as we pass it from hand to hand to elevate our rep count! This 25 minute session focuses on endurance strength so be ready, as the arms get heavy, to stay in the work! Endurance strength concentrates on the length of time you can hold the muscle/s under tension. So try not to rest! We will power through the burn together!

I give this workout a difficulty rating of 2 (beginner/moderate). The exercises are not complicated because you will need to focus your attention on staying in the work.
