30 Min Bodyweight HIIT Workout | PURE Energy Full Body Follow Along

Description

This 30-minute bodyweight HIIT workout targets the entire body, combining cardio, combination movements, core exercises, coordination challenges, and mobility elements to deliver a full-body session that improves muscle endurance and elevates heart rate. Designed as a commentary follow-along, this workout allows you to move with guidance, keeping the pace challenging while focusing on efficiency and proper movement patterns. This session comes directly from my HomeGym platform, where I provide structured weekly workouts for all fitness levels. The workout is structured into four bundles, each with four exercises performed for 35 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest, repeated for two rounds. After each round and each bundle, there is a 20-second rest. The session concludes with a finisher consisting of four movements performed for 35 seconds each with 15 seconds rest. The combination of cardio, muscle endurance, coordination, and mobility ensures a complete, dynamic, and energetic workout experience.
