with this 30 Min Kettlebell & Bodyweight HIIT Workout | Explosive Strength + Cardio | No Repeat, Crank up your heart rate and build strength with this 30-minute kettlebell & bodyweight workout , a fast-paced, no-repeat follow-along session designed to push your full body to the limit.
This session combines explosive kettlebell movements with high-intensity bodyweight cardio across 4 bundles of 10 exercises. Each bundle includes:
-5 kettlebell movements (4 unilateral + 1 bilateral)
-5 bodyweight exercises with evolving cardio variations (Butt Kicks
→ Jumping Jacks → Lateral Movement → Jumping Jacks)
Each exercise is performed for 35 seconds with 15 seconds rest, and a 30-second break after each bundle.
This is a no-repeat format, perfect if you like variety, intensity, and full-body engagement in every session!

20KG (Red) Choose weights that challenge you while allowing control.
