Workout Structure
This session is built around 6 bundles:

  • Each bundle includes 4 exercises in a superset format — bodyweight strength and cardio combined

  • Each superset is followed by 1 anchor movement, repeated for 4 rounds to build muscular endurance and elevate your heart rate

  • Work time: 35 seconds per superset movement, 30 seconds per repeated anchor movement

Whether you're training at home or on the go, this format delivers high-output intensity and focused progression ,all using just your bodyweight.
