Description

This 30-minute full-body kettlebell workout is an intense HIIT session designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and conditioning.
We’ll move through push and pull sections to hit every major muscle group, then finish strong with a Tabata-style finisher to push your limits.

  • Bundle 1 (10 min): Push movements – legs & upper body, unilateral + combos

  • Bundle 2 (10 min): Pull movements – full body, unilateral + combos

  • Bundle 3 (10 min): 2 × Tabata (4 movements each, 2 rounds) kettlebell + bodyweight

Structure: -35 sec work / 15 sec rest
-Extra 20 sec rest after each 6 unilateral exercises
-30 sec rest between Tabata rounds
