30 Min POWER HIIT Dumbbell Workout | Full Body Explosive Strength (No Repeat)

Description

30 minute workout is all about muscle endurance, conditioning, and explosive movements using a pair of dumbbells.

We’ll train your entire body with high-intensity combinations that keep your heart rate up and challenge your core every round.

  • 9 bundles of 4 exercises

  • 3 combo moves per bundle to target multiple muscle groups

  • Final exercise in each bundle focuses on core

  • Finish with a 1-minute explosive compound movement

Structure: 35 sec work / 15 sec rest per exercise, plus 20 sec rest after each bundle
No Repeat – Just stay focused and give your best effort!
