Format
30 Strength Exercises
30 seconds work / 15 seconds recovery
No Repeats (except when we need the other side)
Full Body
Modification options — so you can adjust intensity as needed
Form tips given
We warm up together, move through all 30 intervals, and cool down at the end so you leave feeling strong 💪
Equipment:
Light to moderate dumbbells (I’m using 5 lbs)
A little bit of space
Optional mat for floor work
Some of the combinations are layered and multi-muscle, so take your time learning them. Use the pause button if you need it — form first, speed second. 💪
