Hello and welcome to class! This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout alternates between strength training with dumbbells and cardio workout, perfect for a home workout. You'll move through 30-second intervals with 15 seconds of recovery, targeting your full body workout. Grab your dumbbells (I'm using 5s, but adjust as needed) and get ready to get sweaty!
