Sculpt & Burn: 25-Min Dumbbell Strength + Cardio Tabata

Description

This 25-minute workout combines strength and cardio (Tabata-style) for a full-body burn! Grab a pair of dumbbells (3-8 lbs) & let's do it.

(I'm using 3lbs here because of my shoulder injury, but these moves are pretty basic so up your intensity by adding some weight with your dumbbells!)

โœ… Block 1: Strength Combos (Dumbbells: 3-8 lbs) โ€“ 8 exercises, 30 sec each, no repeats
โœ… Block 2: Cardio Tabata โ€“ 8 intense cardio exercises, 20 sec work / 10 sec recovery, no repeats
โœ… Block 3: Strength Floor (including abs) โ€“ 10 floor exercises, 30 sec each, no repeats, no equipment needed
โœ… Block 4: Cardio Tabata โ€“ 8 new cardio exercises, 20 sec work / 10 sec recovery, no repeats

โšก No warm-up included, so be sure to warm up beforehand or take the first block at an easier pace. A quick cool-down and stretch are included at the end!
