Description
This is a 30-minute full body strength & cardio interval workout using dumbbells and bodyweight.
We alternate between strength and cardio in a steady, repeatable format that keeps your heart rate up while building full-body strength.
Workout Format
• 30 exercises total
• Alternating strength (with dumbbells) and cardio (no equipment)
• 15 seconds recovery between exercises
• No repeats (except when switching sides)
The pace stays consistent, the structure is clear, and I coach you through the entire workout — including options to adjust intensity or take extra time when you need it.
