Looking to beat father time? Here are 4 golf strength exercises for seniors!

It's natural that as we get older, to lose flexibility and muscle strength.

Unforunately, that means we start to lose distance and our golf game begins to suffer...

Well, I want to let you know that it doesn't have to be that way...

You can reverse those changes and slow down father time right in his tracks!

Part of that includes improving your strength. And in this video I go over 4 of the best (at least in my professional opinion) for seniors to gain those yards back that you've been losing over the years.

As mentioned above, there are even alternatives for each move because I know some of the drills may be too much for your current fitness level or you just can't into certain position because of various injuries/ailments you've accumulated over the years.

There's always a way to get better and if you're still unable to to do the alternatives shown, make sure you leave comment to let me know and I'll find something that you can do!

Also, if you're not a senior golfer, these strength exercises still apply to you! So make sure you stick around check out this video.
