You don't need equipment (bands, weights, machines) to get a good workout in! You can get just as good of a workout when utilizing only your body weight. As long as the exercises are challenging and you're consistent with working out, you should see improvements.
These 5 exercises are what I consider to be the "best" when it comes to improving your body for golf with access to absolutely no equipment whatsoever. I decided to choose these exercises that would work the most musculature that's specific to golf. I also chose some of them because they work your body in different directions - just like the golf swing! Also there are some that challenge your rotational ability, again much needed for the golf swing.
