We’re alternating between dumbbell strength combos and cardio intervals with no repeats, minimal rest, and complex movement patterns that require focus, coordination, and stamina.

Workout Format:
🔥 30 total exercises
💪 Strength with dumbbells
🏃‍♀️ Cardio intervals (no equipment)
⏱ 30 seconds work / 15 seconds recovery
🚫 No repeats (except for other side)
🧠 Advanced combos + coordination
