Filmed here in the mountains of Bali, with birdsong in the background and lush green fields all around, this practice invites you into a slow, breath-led rhythm. Together we’ll move through grounded spirals, gentle stretches, and pulsing flows that strengthen your center while softening your edges.
This isn’t about performance or “getting it right.” It’s about tuning in to how it feels in the moment — meeting yourself with compassion, noticing the cycles of opening and closing, and letting the breath carry you through transition with ease.
