Welcome to a sweet, short, seated somatic yoga practice with Cole Chance — one that invites you to meet your body just as it is. Whether you're on the floor, a chair, or recovering from life (or a torn ACL, like me), this flow is here to create space through your back, neck, shoulders, and inner world.

We will move with embodiment and gently with spirals, sighs, hums, and somatic inquiry — not to fix, but to feel. Expect a little jello-body wiggling, lateral lung love, mudra play, back , neck and shoulder stretches, and invitations to actually enjoy being in your body (yes, really). It's yoga for meeting the real: the moment, the mess, the magic.

This is not your average seated stretch. It's breath-led, body-wise, and woven with nervous system love.
