Limited on space? This efficient 25-minute dumbbell workout includes two circuits suitable for small areas. It starts with a warm-up, then moves to a 12-minute interval circuit, and ends with strength training sets. We'll activate your body with a quick warm-up before diving into the HIIT circuit, which has three rounds of 40 seconds of effort followed by 20 seconds of rest. This circuit combines core and strength exercises using dumbbells. Lastly, we finish with four rounds of standing strength exercises!

Having a variety of dumbbells, especially adjustable ones, enhances this class, though technique is crucial at any weight. Use lighter weights to refine form. Our goal is to encourage consistent at-home workouts, even when short on time. A common mistake is jumping into exercises without proper prep. HIIT training pushes limits, but modifying activities to comfort levels is okay. These steps motivate progress to more challenging exercises.
