There's no need to get on the ground or grab any extra equipment for this HIIT workout. Each exercise lasts 20 seconds and is followed by a 10-second rest period before proceeding to the next one. You will repeat each exercise for 8 rounds before moving on to the next. To add a twist to this TABATA workout, we will utilize three exercises to create a TABATA circuit.
