Pilates Sculpt | Full Body Loop Band Routine
Description
This challenging Pilates workout uses a medium weight loop band to provide resistance and feedback to the glutes, arms and abs. The band helps to increase activation and connection of the deep abdominals, pelvic floor muscles and back body to support a healthy back, hips and knees. We'll warm up standing, come down to the mat for core work, and then come back into standing to put it all together.
